Protecting the security and privacy of your personal data is very important to Pathio. This data privacy statement ensures the observance of the data security.

1. Personal data

2. Newsletter

If a user subscribes for the Pathio Newsletter, Pathio will use the stated data to send him the Newsletter. Based on the permission of the user, Pathio will send the Newsletter at the user’s submitted e-mail-address. In this case the e-mail-address of the user will be used for advertisement by Pathio, until the users sign off. The permission for this procedure can be cancelled for the future at any time, by signing off the newsletter.

In order to define the webpage, user and registration data will be collected and used as far as necessary. User data and IP-addresses will be registered with date and time in Logfiles, in order to store and use them for webpage analytics. A combination of user and registration data with personal data just happens, if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or if the user gave its express permission to do so.
